Join the Bakehouse team!

The Sterlingtown Team is looking to add a couple baristas to our bakehouse crew, part-time or full-time.

 

Hourly pay is experience based but ranges from $16-$18/hr.

Position also includes tips (averaging an additional $8-$10/hr), weekly pay frequency.

 

Hours of operation:

Monday-Tuesday CLOSED

Wednesday-Sunday 7:00am-2:00pm

The job requirements include but are not limited to;

-Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders

-Preparing and serving beverages, food items, sandwiches & pastries

-Using commercial grade espresso machine

-Preparing and serving food items such as sandwiches and pastries

-Answering customers’ questions about menu choices

-Taking payment from customers using a point of sales system (square)

-Maintaining inventory and equipment by cleaning and occasional troubleshooting.

-Keeping the work environment sanitary and organized

-Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
